A warm welcome to the website of the Island Churches Guernsey Festival Chorus - Guernsey's popular and award-winning choir.

We are a Christian inter-denominational choir with an evangelical approach. Our Statement of Faith is based on that of the Evangelical Alliance of London.

Established in 1985, the Choir is a chorus of over 70 voices from all island churches and parishes. We celebrated our 21st anniversary in 2006, and participated in BBC radio and television programmes, including the BBC Songs of Praise from Guernsey.

The majority of all island churches, representing between 4,000-5,000 people (weekly) - doubling to 10,000 at Christmas, Easter and all other major church celebrations, are members of Churches Together Guernsey and affiliated to Churches Together in England, Scotland and Ireland.  Roy Sarre, the musical director of The Churches Festival Chorus, has recently been elected chairman of Churches Together Guernsey for a 3-year period.
